At Lelo Bhai, every T-shirt is custom-printed just for you. We follow a strict no-refund policy unless there is a genuine issue with your order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ What’s Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Size mismatch (unworn and unwashed only)
📌 Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect design selection, or dislike of material/fabric feel.
🔁 Exchange Process (Size Issues Only)
- Email us at support@lelobhai.com within 7 days.
- Include your order ID and a clear photo of the product.
- Once approved, ship the product back (customer pays return shipping).
- We’ll ship the new size free of cost once we receive and inspect the item.
💸 Refunds (Strictly Limited)
Refunds are only approved if:
- You received a wrong item, or
- The product arrived damaged and you don’t want a replacement.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we refund via bank transfer or offer store credit.
🚫 What’s Not Eligible
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Returns after 7 days of delivery
- Change-of-mind, color/design dissatisfaction
- Custom designs submitted by customers (unless damaged/defective)
